Update for those who are interested

Changed combination of herbals and supplements.

Benefiber 2Tbs three times a day now. This has helped a great deal. BG after breakfast, 2 eggs, whole wheat flat bread and sausage was 95 within 1.5 hrs. Not bad for no MET.

The Gymnema Sylvestre was increased to 3 in the morning and 2 before each meal.

The Chromium Pic, and Biotin is now three time a day.

The Magnesium Gylcinate 800mg of Mag a day.

Still taking the Ginger Root, Cayenne Fruit, L-Arginine, Taurine

Celery Seed extract is 6 day, needed to increase BP creeping up. I suspect I will be able to back down from most of these herbals once I reach proper body weight and get enough adequate exercise. Right now the only exercise I am getting is walking around, which isn't much.
