Morning breakfast: Eggs, Bacon, Flat Bread Toast, and a half of plate of Hash Browns, with Onions, Peppers, Mushrooms fried right in.
Initial BG: 89
45 minutes: ( little nervous about the Hash Browns): 137
1 hr: 123
1.5 Hr: 105
Can you believe this.
Lunch today was Mexican, La-Hacienda, Seafood Burrito, Small amount of chips. BG was back to 96 in less than 2 hrs.
I may try an OGTT if I can find and adequate supply of Glucose or something similar.
