I had a severe hypo tonight using Humulin R.

I am talking nothing like I have ever felt.

I was sitting here, surfing, and everything started to get dark and blurry. I was dizzy, and felt like it was something else, not a hypo, which I would recognize.

I went to lay down hoping it would pass. It's a good thing I had enough sense to think to test, instead of closing my eyes.

My reading was 2.1 mmol/l... And I am sure it was actually lower since readings aren't for the exact time you are testing, and it was probably still dropping. (Correct?)

Scared me. I have never felt anything like that. My head felt tight, I heard like rustling in my ears.

This was a few hours ago. It was only 4 units and I know the carbs were around 50 grams.

Maybe I am super sensitive to Humulin R.

I had also covered my supper with Novorapid. I wonder if that affected the action of the R.

I am okay now, and am gonna test once more before bed.

With that... Time to meet the sandman.
