A spike is just that - a temporary and quick raise that falls back down. If your numbers were *consistently* high or low, then it would be worrisome. This could be a sign that you are pregnant. Your numbers will go insane - relax a little. Thats normal. The fact that you are being very focused and keeping things in line means you'll have better success.
