Same for me. Corn on the cob, canned corn, frozen corn as long as in kernal (not cornbread or corn tortillas) form, I see no spike at all. With corn tortillas I can eat one small one with no spike, but any more than that, I will see a spike. Cornbread sends me to pluto.......
