But it seems I drop about 3-4 pounds per month...all in the same week. Weird.
I noticed, too, that during my plateau phases, my body continues to rearrange itself - the same syndrome Frank mentioned. I went a month with virtually no weight loss, but dropped a jeans size.
I'll take it.
