| Made it a whole mile walking last night with min discomfort. The Testosterone and B-12 are really making a difference. Wife likes the difference as well, but for other reasons than me being able to walk.
Heart not skipping so bad now, but BP still wants to go up when I walk. So best find out why. She says that my BP going up shouldn't cause any chest pains, not so sure about that.
BG is becoming a little more predictable now with the addition of the other supps, and the fact I am finally getting rid of the last of this flu thingy.
