Splenda for cooking

Well, I use liquid Splenda for cooking (the powder actually has carbs), but I drink diet soda pretty regularly, so needless to say I have no problem with Aspartame either.

Mind you, after years of the diet soda drill, starting way back with Tab (you wanna talk about an aftertaste), I tried Diet Coke with Splenda a couple of days ago, and to me in was totally nasty... Way to sweet for my taste, and it definitely left an almost overpowering aftertaste. Yuck!
