When did you test them? if it was just after a meal then I think those readings are ok. I tested my mum once after a meal to compare what she was to me... and hers was 153 (8.5)... I was concerned so we tested her agian an hour later and she was 93 (5.2).. and that was after a big meal and a huge chucnk of chocolate cake.

Another time I tested her and she was 68 (3.8)... straight after again a huge meal... but she's not hypo or diabetic... just odd :p

I'm not really sure if a non diabetic should ever be that high without just having food though.
