We were told that for a non diabetic, and occational high/low is not a concern, but two highs (above, i think it was, 130) or two lows below 70 in a row in a 24 hour period on a normal day (meaning you haven't delibertly starved yourself or over indulged on cotton candy and cool aid) is cause for futher testing by a doctor.

but the specifics were, 2 low/high in a row within a 24 hour period.

Good luck and lets hope neither turn out diabetic.
