Honeymoon is improving?

So I was getting cocky about having pretty ****ed good control after a couple of months of trial and error and figuring out dosages. But over the past couple of days I have had to constantly stuff my face to keep from having a hypo. Day before yesterday I was being silly and played tennis for the first time since diagnosis. How dare I. Started at 115 (2 bananas to get that high) and 30 minutes later was at 50 I exercise regularly (cardiovascular) and usually my sugar level goes down about 30 points per full hour. So this was new.

Anyway, I pretty much could put down the NovoRapid at the moment I think. I don't really need all that much of it yet. I even reduced the green stuff (Protophane- sp?) yesterday and today. I am in the honeymoon phase I have been told so I realize I have some insulin production of my own, which looks to be improving. I don't suppose I can get hopeful that this is permanent?

In theory this is pretty cool but now I have to figure it all out again

Has this happened to anybody else and how long did it last??

Thanks
Del
