Greg - It's your body, your life, and your choice. I often drink 2 or 3 in a day, too. It's the easiest cold drink to find these days.

However, you are adding sodium into your diet, you are adding a sweetener with odd consequences (Splenda = laxative; aspartame/nutrasweet = all kinds of theorized risks; saccharin = possible cancer risk) into your system, and you will be more thirsty. There's another thread on here somewhere saying that if you drink 2 or more diet sodas a day, your odds of being overweight go up strongly. I've heard, but never actually read nor seen, that aspartame gives you the same sugar craving result and calorie craving result as real sugar, so it isn't a good weight loss solution overall.

Are you happy with life as it is? If so, then you're fine. If you're not losing weight and feel sick, headache prone, or like you have some laxatives at work, then cut back. It's your body and your life.
