obviously water is the best choice. i drink anywhere from 2-4 bottles of water and 2-4 cans of diet pop. it all just depends.

as i always say nothing is good for you and everything is bad for you. you read one week something is bad for you this way but then its good for you the next week. so just live life as you want.

Loved your response! I always joke that with so many studies telling us what causes cancer in lab rats, I think it's actually the labs causing the cancer.

Frankly I'm a diet doctor pepper or diet cherry coke fan. I enjoy the vanilla version. Just not a big lemon/lime fan. I do like the diet coke with splenda, but find too much splenda messes up digestion.

BTW, I've never gotten to know Richmond. Looks like a neat city from times I've driven through it. Someday . . . .
