Talking

When I was on Lantus, I always took it in the am...maybe to prevent lows that are common in the wee hours in the morning. Then I needed to divide the dose up, b/c it wasn't lasting me the complete 24 hours , so I took the majoriy in the morning and the rest in the evening and that did help tremendously. I don't think it would be a problem for you to switch taking it from pm to am, but I would definitely suggest you talk to your doctor before making such changes . It's alway a good idea to discuss these type of things and see what your MD thinks.

Good luck!

And let go of what I’ve done

Put to rest
What you thought of me
Well I cleaned this slate
With the hands
Of uncertainty

So let mercy come
And wash away
What I’ve done

I’ve faced myself
To cross out what I’ve become
Erase myself
And let go of what I’ve done
