Hi Travis,

I used to fence (oh so many years ago...lol - in the early 90's, pre-pump days), and it did seem to drop my blood sugar. This may or may not be the case for you, as each of us is so different. I also met my hubby there. It was very enjoyable, and definitely is great exercise.
