Ed, being from Alabama, you know that 'low carb' & BQ sauce should not be used in the same sentence

That said, I had my fill of some wonderful N. Alabama pulled pork today with the regular sauce,,,,,,,,,,,only thing, I got it on the side and may have eaten all of a teaspoon of the stuff.
You find a good low carb sauce, please tell the whole world.
