I agree, it could just be something funny in your life right now and you can't pinpoint it. But if it appears to be consistent, it could be your basal Lantus dose. I was on 24 units Lantus for 2 1/2 years without realizing it was dropping me super low every night and causing me to wake 50-60 on the way into a rebound. Now I'm on 14 units and my mornings aren't low anymore - I don't have any explanation for why my dose has dropped, but that could be happening with you, for whatever reason. Try a 3am test like Cinnabon suggested and let us know!
