| brown rice flour and oat flour for baking i just bought some oat flour and brown rice flour and made my first recipe, pizza crust. from what i read, both brown rice and oats are low glycemic and lower the bad cholestrol. i am so glad that the crust is soft, because i worried that the yeast may not rise the bread. it tastes very good although next time i need to make the dough stiffer. next i will make bisquits and i want to research other recipes with those flours.
having to stay away from white flour and white rice was a challenge at first, but now i got a tasty solution.
