LIke you , I'm NO fan of low Carb, but I have read the good Dr.'s book, as with all Diabetes books I can get my hands on. I have "Put together" a list, book, whatever you want to call it of the parts of the ones that I've read that work for ME or that prefer.


My wife was worried that I was following my own advice and not doing stuff like she had seen/knew her father did------but, my worst A1c had been 5.7---I'd say, wander through all the books you feel like reading and create your own path. As long as the #s are good, that's all that matters.
