I have been on a control mission for the last few months, and have been doing great but not without sacrificing and limiting food options dramatically. The problem for me has been post-meal spikes in general.

I went in to my endo with this issue earlier in December, then later met with a CDE to brief on the use of Symlin in my regimen. So far, it has worked well to expand my food choices while also controlling the spikes. I have been on it a little more than 2 weeks and just moved up to 3/4 of a full T1 dose today.
