| You might have found that the exercise has done more harm than good. I find that if I'm running over 10mmol/l, if I exercise I actually raise my BG.
If you are hungry, then eat. Hunger casues stress, which will actually raise your BG. Test every two hours, and if you're still running high, chuck a couple more bolus units. If you're ill, there's not really a great deal you can do to predict your BG or control it - if you're ill, all your ratios are going to be out the window so I'm afraid you're just going to have to play this by ear. |
