I probably would have verified a test that high before correcting that much. The correction already having been given, retest to see how much and how fast you're coming down.

I agree, eat if you're hungry. You might try more protein/fewer carbs than you'd normally eat. Watch those BG closely for the next few hours!

Are you thirsty too? Spilling ketones? Have any fever? Your higher than usual BGs lately makes me thing you may be coming down with something or have an infection.
