| I feel like I just got off a roller coaster! I tested twice the first time, just to be sure, it was 437 and 439. I did the pen shot and waited 30 minutes I was at 388. But then I got so sick, I felt like I needed to throw up and I was very light headed. I didn't eat because I could not stay awake. I slept for 1 hour, almost like I had been drugged. Still feel a bit that way. I tested again and am at 249. I just could not put off eating any longer and am having some pork and peas, and one oven fried potato strip from the supper I made for everyone else. I am still hungry, but will wait and have a snack before bedtime, when I take my lantus. Mark, I take 3, 850 mg of Metformin and 4, 5mg of Glyburide daily.
I called my doctor, who of course was gone until Tuesday (which is when I have an appointment), there is just a message that says if it is an emergency go to the ER.
I am feeling a bit better as I eat. I also took two Ibuprofen earlier today because my knee hurt so bad. I rarely take anything but my daily aspirin.
