Bracelets for UK

I was fortunate enough to get an exciting Medic bracelet for Christmas

. I'm just wondering what to have engraved on it? I know when I was living in Canada there was a hotline number to phone in case of emergencies which a medic would call in order to retrieve my hospital info. Is there anything like this in the UK? Or if not what info do other people have on their bracelets? I was thinking "Type 1 insulin Dependant Diabetic, but should I have my hospital number engraved too?
