Medical alert is the bracelet you're thinking of when you say they can call in and get your info. But you have to buy that from them and pay a yearly fee. It should be available in the UK as one of their selling points is that no matter where you are in the world, anyone can call them in an emergancy and get you medical info. Hope this helps
