I used to like MediTags because they do the dogtags, which for a bloke are much cooler than a girly bracelet. However, if you do get one, get either the solid gold or the solid silver ones and don't skimp on the chain. The plated ones corrode and will scratch up your neck like anything and make the tag unreadable.

I don't actually both now with any kind of ID jewelry - I know I should though, so I've got an ADA charity wristband now, which lets me be sorta unduly trendy and hints I might be diabetic. I used to have the Diabetes UK one but the wording was printed rather than engraved so I've now got an American band instead.
