If it were me, I might wait a couple hours, test a lot and see where my bg is going... if I miss my Lantus or delay it a couple hours, I can see and feel my bg climb fast... and then maybe if it looks like you did miss it, take it, though it would be a little late, I don't think a few hours would screw you up too much, you could always shift it back to your normal time over the next day or two.
