Waste a BILLION test strips if you want to. Just ask you Doc for a prescriptin for 12 a day or so...learn when exactly your low, and think about how your feeling.

I notice that when i stick out my hand i get shaky severly at about 60. My second test if I pass is to try to shake my hands as if i HAD shakey hands which is weird but if my hands shake violently i know im prolly gettin around 65-80, havent failed me once and ive been in the 60s prolly about 10 times since being diagnosed (mostly because of workouts and lifting and such).... I also usually feel pretty hungry... or just plain feeling off, its kinda hard to explain. I can definatly feel it though, its there.
