I hate to keep contradicting your docs esp. since I am not a doctor, but c'mon. Are you having any symptoms of kidney problems now? If not, why are you on a blood thinner? They might as well put you on some prostate pills as well, and CHF drugs, and cholesterol drugs.

Okay, I'll stop. My problem is I am very much anti-drug, if you can deal with it without medications, do it. It just seems to me that docs are ready to prescribe a million pills to either try and fix problems you currently have or to prevent problems that have not yet arisen...do they have a crystal ball I am not aware of?
