Welcome psilocybin,

Everyone has listed the "textbook" high / low symptoms, but you'll find, with experience you'll be able to notice very subtle and sometimes individual to you symptoms. Sometimes I notice a very slight change in my vision, like everything has sharper edges, which is kind of cool, and that lets me know I'm low or getting there. There are TONS of different symptoms, eventually you'll know them all, until then, TEST! I'd also recommend avoiding the psilocybin at least until you're quite aware of your low blood sugar symptoms... just as a precaution, but I'll not preach.

I'm no doctor, but if I was yours I'd not put you on R and N, I find Lantus to be a much easier ride, but talk to your doc, maybe s/he has her / his reasons. I also agree with duck, if it ain't broke, don't fix it! Why prescribe extra medications that you don't need? Unless you've had borderline kidney test results or something?
