| Actually when my blood sugar is normal I'm least likely to eat.
If it's low I HAVE to eat.
If it's high i figure I'm taking a shot anyway, what's a few extra units to cover a snack?
And to answer the other question about things we're not technically supposed to eat... ehh whenever I want. I was blessed with a good metabolism, I just take insulin to cover it. I figure things like icecream and cookies (from a package) are easier to bolus for than "real food" because the carb content is right there on the packet.
