I have used Humalog from day one with my pump and have asked about changing with my DR but of course he views them as the same. I was on Novolog in the beginning with that awful 70/30 ****. It wasn't until I came to Indiana I was started on Lantus, go figure? A small town hillbilly DR prescribes Lantus while a well known Endo puts me on 70/30. Now I look back and wonder how I ever kept in control with that mix.
