I think it's a proven fact that just having diabetes gives us a higher chance of depression due to the disease effecting the level of serontonin in the brain. This, coupled with the ups and downs we all go through with sugar control, eating, etc. is enough to make anyone batty.

I know I have my momemts sometimes when I feel depressed and it seems to come out of the blue.........
