Yes, I find that one nasty low can pretty much wipe me out for the rest of the day. I'm lucky - I work for my husband, out of our home, so I have to ability to take it easy when I need to. It's important to take care of yourself, and if you're wiped out, you have to take it easy a bit. I assume you treat the low w/ some sugar to get it back up as quickly as possible - do you get a high reading afterwards? Because high b/s can make you feel fatigued and exhausted too.
