I pretty much follow guidelines like that. I try to run 90-110 anytime I test. Since I'm on a pump, if I'm not in that range, I give extra insulin. If I eat, then 2 hours after I eat I make sure I'm not running more than 140-170. The guidelines are pretty much 40 above what your pre-meal test was, but that number varies slightly with each person and what they feel comfortable with. But your numbers are great.
