| If you're fortunate enough to find Hood's Carb Countdown Milk, you can make a pretty low-carb milkshake or smoothie, depending on what you add to it.
8oz has 3g of carbs. It comes in white and chocolate. I add a scoop of vanilla ice cream (1/2c = 15g) and some fresh strawberries or blue berries into a blender, along with a bit of crushed ice. It's delicious!
