So perhaps I need to eat a nice healthy breakfast first thing upon waking in the morning? Or... Since I live in Florida, and we have the best oranges in the world, a glass of orange juice with a bolus!!! The sweat nectar of the gods, forbidden to only high bg for the last 6 years!
