It does take most of our meds (including Met) time to level out and do its job. I would check with the Doc to see if you need more after 3-4 weeks. I am never shaky from being high. Only when I'm low. I know what you mean though--I hate for my patience to be tested and it is continually. Just hold on and be patient. It will happen.
