My doctor always told me to do it every night at the same time. But I think you should just watch your sugars the next day. My sugars are up and down all the time so I cant ever tell if its from not doing it at the same time every night or not. But I do have my cell phone alarm clock set for 10:00 pm and I do my shot then take my other pills and stuff all at the same time. But actually now I carry my test machine and insulins and needles, the whole package with me where I go!!!
