Everything Rzrbks said is correct. I noticed about a year or two into the diabetes that my skin was drying out. I've heard it's a possible side-effect of the insulin, but I couldn't say for sure. I use Aveeno products and Eucerin. I know Almay makes hypo-allergenic products- you may want to try them. Also, pay attention to the bottoms of your feet - I moisturize every day w/a product called Dermal Therapy (FOR HEELS). If you go Bayer.com, you can order it directly. It comes in a 2 oz jar - make sure you get the heel care, because they make other product that aren't as good (in my opinion).
