Do I need insulin for this meal

If im preparing a Tuna salad for lunch with some carb free vegies, Im guessing I wont need insulin for the meal, is this right or wrong, thought I would ask because im unsure

I would use insulin for that meal. I need a fair amount of insulin for a zero carb meal. You will have to figure out by trial and error how much insulin you need for meals like that.

I did 3 units of rapid, its a fairly big salad, ill let you know post meal result

It might only be minimal carbs, but i have noticed celery, tomatoe, cucumber, and lettuce does not have an effect on my BG levels, different people react differently I guess.
