Sugar Free jellos & Puddings?

Okay. Because of this forum I really think that I am getting the hang of all this but before I spend the money are sugar free jellos and puddings okay or not for a Type 2?
Thanks for looking.

Sugar free jello is a great freebe snack! Go for it.
Sugar free pudding is good, but it still has carbs in it that you will need to pay attention to. If you like pudding, go this route rather than regular pudding.

They are probably not even close to being real food though. Sugarwise fine. Healthwise you can do much better.

I buy the small no-sugar added pudding cups made by Hunts. I add some whip cream (canned) and it makes me feel like I'm indulging in a dessert I shouldn't be eating.

I enjoy the s/f puddings....cheaper to buy the boxed ones and make your own, but the pre-made ones are more convenient. I like the pistachio and butterscotch flavors best of all.

I like the Dark Chocolate and Dulce de Leche S/F versions that I find. More than satisfies the dessert cravings.

I enjoy the SF Jell-O gelatins! Such flavor and satisfaction for my sweet tooth. I have been topping with a SF whipped topping also and it really helps.
