Well, I've BEEN trying Lean Pockets. One only has about 18g of carbs, but it still spiked me. Today, I went back to almonds for breakfast and had no spike at all. *sigh* No more Lean Pockets.

I'm thinking of using plain, unsweetened yogurt with some natural no-cal liquid flavorings (actually makes decent yogurt!) and maybe some cinnamon. Next week, after I buy the yogurt

If you are gonna eat hot pockets, never watch Jim Gaffigan's comedy routine.

Recently I came across a small article stating that Almonds, Brazil Nuts, Hazelnuts, Macadamia Nuts, Pecans, and Walnuts have no carbs (posting the list from memory - it should be correct).

Deviled eggs.

High protein - high fat. Ideal for the practicing diabetic.

Not every day, because you may tire of them but they are tasty one day a week. A bit labor intensive though.
