Recipe Nutrition Analysis

I do my own cooking and often create my own recipes. Does anyone know of a site where I can plug in the name and amount of an ingredient and get a nutritional output, especially the figures for carbs? Thanks!

Thanks for the CalorieKing link, Gary. It's a better source by far than two other sites I visited.

I use the DietPower software. Diet Power: Top-Rated Weight Loss Software. Download FREE. and get a free trial. I have used this on and off, but I am now committed to track everything I put into my body. I tracks many nutrients, and carbs.
