Mmm, do you put any kind of syrup on it?

Jeremy, no syrup. smart balance (butter), and sugar free cool whip. I haven't tried the sf syrups yet.

Josselyn, Big Train is available online at amazon or netrition (costs less here, but still about $4) and I'm sure other places. It's kind of bland because of the no sugar thing. so not a regular pancake, but close enough for me!

Joseph's oat bran and whole wheat pita

I made a pita bread sandwich this morning with half a pita, soy crumbles and a cherry tomato and a little shredded cheese. yum. I only found these pita breads yesterday at walmart. and bg 114 before and 116 at two hours. went for a 20 min walk in the two hours. but almost no rise. and this is with no meds now. just aspirin. I am so happy about pita bread!

also posted about this on the pita bread thread in chit chat section.
oat bran & whole wheat flour pita bread from Josephs Heart Friendly. says no cholesterol, 1.5 fat, 7 protein, 10 carbs, 5 fiber, so 5 net carbs for whole one. These are the softest pita breads I've ever seen.

Designer Whey chocolate protein shake, made with unsweetened vanilla almond milk, a handful of walnuts, and a tablespoon of MCT oil. Yesterday, I had a small avocado instead of the walnuts.

Always the same Monday to Friday...what can I say I am a creature of habit. LOL
3/4 c Fiber One Original Cereal
approx. 1/2 c sliced strawberries
1/2 c Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla
1/2 c Egg Creations
counts for a net 25 carbs
Weekends I try to be creative and never really have the same thing.
