Best of Trader Vics

I have seen time and time again people rave about this place Trader Vics. Supposedly ,they have a variety of great low carb/no carb, sugar free products, great ready-made stuff aswell. We do NOT have the stores here in Canada but my friend is going to Florida next week and said she would bring me back stuff if I wanted . She is going to be there for only 24 hours and will take a suitcase that she can stuff on my behalf. Any suggestions????

IIRC, Trader Vic's is a restaurant chain. But Trader Joe's is a grocery store . . .

(but I don't see that there are outlets in Florida . . . Welcome to Trader Joe's - Your Neighborhood Grocery Store - Find a Trader Joe's

I suggest being careful transporting food across the border, as Customs could be pretty anal about that.

:P Other than that, I've never been to that store, so no suggestions.

Trader Joe's

You are right Granny, NO TRADER JOES IN FLORIDA!!! AGHHHHH!!!! Right again, It's trader Joe's, gotta learn to get my facts straight. Jeremy, you too are right about crossing the border but they are generally okay if it is NOT onboard but in your luggage. Especiallly if the packaging says carb-free or sugar- free. Thanks to you both..
