| I'd ask the urologist who did his varicocele about possibly referring you guys back to a fertility specialist who could puthim on a medication like Clomid to help build his counts (if i'm understanding the problem correctly).
We do varicocelectomies on men to help with fertility, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't and requires further workup with a fertility specialist.
