Is 3 months maybe too soon to get stressed? A friend tried for a couple of years while running a failing loan business. A few months after the business closed she was pregnant with the first of two boys. The stress of keeping that business running was all that kept her from conceiving.
I suspect that works on both genders. Maybe just relax.
Oh, and good luck wouldn't hurt! Here's hoping.

I'd ask the urologist who did his varicocele about possibly referring you guys back to a fertility specialist who could puthim on a medication like Clomid to help build his counts (if i'm understanding the problem correctly).

We do varicocelectomies on men to help with fertility, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't and requires further workup with a fertility specialist.

I'd probably take it easy for a bit longer - it was 5 months of trying before I got pregnant the first time & there were no issues with either of us...even if his values "aren't the best" as long as they're not the worst it could just take some time.

I think we are facing a serious infection

I was looking thru the past S/A and there was no White cells present. I just fear that his will prevent us having a baby. I just received my pelvic ultrasound and everything was good.Hormones were all good, too. Anxiety level: HIGH!
