| When I used to hit the weights, yeah. I never over-did it, though. Maybe 30 grams a day of supplemental protein. I'd either use Designer's various Whey flavors or even MuscleMilk (that stuff can taste good!). I actually bought a can of MuscleMilk Banana Creme (or whatever it is) about a month ago. It doesn't kill my sugars if I bolus properly for it (in other words, no mysterious highs, etc).
