A CDE means Certified Diabetes Educator. They usually work with an Endocrinologist that specializes in Diabetes. Many of them are also a RN and Nutritionist. You can go to Find a Diabetes Educator and maybe find one in your area. Most likely though you will need your doctors reference to get in to see one or to get into classes.
