Just rec'd Eri's A1c results...

...and it's not the greatest, but better than last year...it's 9.3%.
I figure by October(when seen again) it should be a LOT better b/c her readings aren't going into the 200's at all lately...even after eating she has been around 114mg/dL.
Don't know WHAT is going on w/ that, but we're happy with it!!!...just not w/ the A1c...
Oh well, the next one WILL be better!!!(here's to hoping and praying!!! )

Congrats on Eri's lowered A1c. Glad to hear she's doing better, and know that definitely next time it'll be even lower!

Hope she's feeling better. You've mentioned her feeling sick so many times. I hope that is finally over.

Thanks for keeping us posted . I think any improvement is wonderful & I'm sure as she keeps working at it, things will only continue to get even better! . We all know that she can do anything she puts her mind to & we only want the best for her.

Robin, this is awesome news. While Eri may not be in "target range" yet, it sounds like she's well on her way! Congrats to both of you for taking such good care & for working so hard! Much love to you both, and here's hoping the results continue to improve!

I am glad to hear that the numbers are improving each time. I was always happy to go in and at the very least have a lower number than the past A1c.

Thanks all
I've been really impressed w/ how her readings have been lately...from the 60's -120's...amazing. I don't know what is going on, guess I'll chalk it up to the lovely teenage years...lol....don't get me wrong, she does occassionaly get to the 400's, but not often

Oh, on a side note...her average now, at summerschool, is a 99.3%
Go Eri!!!
